Mainly engaged in the pilot experiments for photoinitiators and fine chemicals

IHT Jiangsu pilot facilities:

Mainly engaged in the pilot experiments for pharmaceutical intermediates, chiral compounds and other fine chemicals.

　Equipments for pilot production:

　　1. 50L-3000L reaction vessels in different materials such as glass lining/stainless steel/carbon steel/graphite；

　　2. 5-50M2 Condensers in different materials such as lining/stainless steel/carbon steel/graphite；

　　3. Falling film absorption columns

　　4. Stainless steel scraped film evaporators

　　5. Falling film evaporators (in materials of stainless steel/carbon steel)

　　6. Batch distillations for filler (at high vacuum/ atmospheric pressure)

　　7. 100-3000L drying equipments (vacuum harrow dryer/ flash dryer/ double cone dryer)

　　8. Centrifuges (center slang centrifuge/ hermetically sealed automatic discharge centrifuge; in different materials such as lining Teflon or stainless steel)

　　9. Plate-and-frame (type) filter press (in PP or stainless steel) with filtrating area: 10-100M2

　　10. Vacuum pumps in different types such as horizontal pump, water ring pump, lobe pump, rotary vane pump, Oil free stand pump; high vacuum degree up to 1-100mmHg

　　11. Oil bathing system at high temperature: 150-350℃
