Team Overview
IHT’s R&D team consists of nearly one hundred outstanding people engaged in chemical industry for long periods; some of them are senior professionals, who are engaged in high-end and novel products development as well as technological research and reformation. The others are technical staff, with veteran work experiences on technology transfer and application, engineering support and on-site management. With strong capability of R&D and technical transformation, IHT has set up a stabile platform successfully on transforming its fruits from science to technology, technology to final products.
Equipped with the first-class R&D hardware facilities, our synthesis labs, Kg grade scale-up lab, chemical analysis and equipment analysis labs are operated and managed in accordance with ISO 9001 standard.
IHT owns the membership of RadTech International North America and RadTech Europe. Our CTO, Dr. Yan is the vice-chairman of RadTech China.
